Created in New York back in 1981 this is the sound of the most sophisticated disco in the world combined with Haitain percussion and softly spoken yet quirky 'Lena lovitch' type vocals, recently brought back into the publics ears via a stunning Bob Sinclar remix.

The tunes all create the same sort of atmosphere, namely one of dancing in a Manhattan loft apartment with lots of Eurotrash types, drinking spiked fruit punch and laughing at Madonna.
It's avant-garde, electronic world music that sounds like it's going to be made in about five years rather than twenty three years ago.
