Three tough new women enjoying some kettlebell punishment, while working some new kettlebell technique. Thrusters, swings and 300 yd run for rounds. Two of these ladies have only been training with kettlebells for a week. Kettlebell training has a very sharp learning curve, even though it looks hard.

Lots of wind outside, so we took the workout indoors to soccer field at Goalz indoor soccer facility in Caldwell.The indoor field is connected to Idaho Kettlebells- www.idahokettlebells.com
