The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public's assistance in identifying persons of interest in relation to the homicide of Jason Anthony Emma which occurred on Monday, December 24, 2012 at approximately 2:15 AM in the 1200 block of C Street, NE. The individuals are depicted in this surveillance video from a nearby elementary school.

The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $25,000 to anyone that provides information which leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons wanted for any homicide committed in the District of Columbia.
