@Gooseman2k2 263kg in the current 105+ SHW class, 266kg all time excluding class restructuring. And that's Olympic lifting, not power lifting.
And no, Poundstone could not do that.

way to grind it out!!!

@fuckiinshiitup Can just imagine him walking down the road to the gym carrying this big log like we normal folk do our gym bags.
-
i want to know what his routine is. incredible is not enough to describe his strength.
-
what is the current Clean/Jerk record??? It's like 560 right? This guy with like powerlifting techniques could prolly do that right? jezuz!
-
If that where me trying to lock it.
My eyes would pop out of their socket.

Guys, it's not the gyms log. It's dereks, and he brought it to the gym with him...

@jmyjms86 hmmm, no different then someone pressing 400 with a regular bar. it cant fall too far 400 pretty much falls straight down...
-
@jmyjms86 that's dereks log from what teh info says but id why he has it there lol 0.0 but maybe he asked to stored it there and they put it up when hes not there to use it my guess but idk :)

Thats fucking sweet
Yes, it was only 400 pounds after wearing out his shoulders and arms already with 11 reps at 310, one rep at 360, and one at 380. Which it says in Information at the upper right. 400 only looked hard because he was already tired. Had he been fresh, I'm sure he could have gotten in the 430-440 range. So, he's a lot closer than you think to that world record.
