man im 25, and i remember when i was in primary school, aged 11 where they banned plastic and leather soccer balls and replaced them with sponge ones, SPONGE ONES. You couldn't kick that thing anywhere especially where it was windy. a joke!!!

If it's because they are not playing and some kid thinks they are, then all they have to to do is not run because if they don't run and ignore the kid then they won't be chased anymore. They can't chase if you're not running away from them
