unfortunately for me ive learned the jump and love to do it but for some reason cant seem to fall slower so i shit my pants when i jump 50ft in the air and crash back down and that always wakes me up :/
@beethovensworld Well, its hard for me to explain. But the guy who ACTUALLY created it, is on this site called ld4all . com (No spaces) you can search stuff about it on there.
@acidicfreind Nah, you're not! I fucking hate it, happens to me practically every 3 or 4 nights out of 7. Often it can be quite frightening, other times it is interesting just witnessing the hallucinations. But just like you, I have given up on lucid dreaming (unfortunately) because sleep paralysis is quite a difficult hurdle at the present.
@acidicfreind Eh Iv'e had it before and if you know what it is then its not that scary. Some people even try to get in a state of sleep paralysis for fun, but if you don't know what it is and don't understand the concept of it, it can be a very frightening thing! But i wouldn't let that get in your way of practicing how to lucid dream.

@TF2Gmod How does one go about doing that? Is it just moving your finger slightly, and concentrating on it until you enter a dream, or what?

@beethovensworld Then try the FILD tehcnique! it takes 10-30 seconds and NO sleep paralysis!
