I agree. I can show the poster a good example from my videos. I get this all the time.

Looks like a lens flare. Lens flares occur the exact same distance from the light source (in this case the sun) from the centre of any photo. A sort of mirror image. If the sun was way bottom right the lens flare would occur top left.
