Misha, don't get me wrong. I didn't say that it was bad... boring is not bad... I guess it was ok but nothing special. And there was no russian music acts advertised on the radio either. False advertisement maybe? And "The world is mine" was written by David Guetta and featugin JD Davis (not Chris Willis). Chris sings other songs with him but not the hit you are promoting. False ad again? I am wrong here too?
We hade about 1100 people in-and-out at the first party, near 900 at the second. I have heard many-many "great party" and simple "Thank you, we will come back". And, of course, I have heard a few "noah, we didn't like it" . It is normal - I can't make everyone happy. If it is too "pricey" - find something less damaging your budget. We are in New York - there are thousands places around. You say the party was boring - this video proves you wrong. Picture tells better then a thousand words
So we went to the first party at Tavern.... The place itself was nice but the party was boring with music you can barely hear in the main dance area outside. The fact that you can't sit down because most of the tables are reserved blows so you are pretty much have to stand all the time or pay pile of cash for alcohol and food and at $16 per drink and 100-something per bottle of vodka so the the stay can get pricey.... And where are those promised Russian stars anyways? None to be seen anywhere.
You could call say this to Chris yesterday, when he was telling in his radio interview about writing this song with Guetta.
