the black wire is the fibre optic, it was direct dug with the mole plough and only ducted under gateways. It is has 12 fibres in it each one capable of taking half the uk internet through it. mega capacity and futureproof. Digging through the bluebell wood now to next property, just stopped for butties and brews...

But is everyone capable to do that? Do we need special trainings, like how to protect fiber, how to splice or split fiber, etc?
