Halo Reach: WTF ZOMBIE

I was playing Living Dead and happened to be waiting for zombies to kill...but while waiting, I somehow die and convert to zombie. I don't have a clue as to how I turned into one, except that before I did, I did a melee. But even then that doesn't help. Also, I was not on any glitch where I was out of the map (the 10-second countdown to return to the map). Anyone have a guess as to why this phenomena occurred?

lol ive never seen this before, maybe something to do with that guy who quit i doubt its related to you becomming infected but maybe you were a zombie to balance the zombie : human ratio dunno dude :/

That could be true. Maybe Bungie got confused and didn't know what to do so they shunned me a zombie. Either way, I was shocked and confused.

no this happens when a person playing as a zombie quits and randomly picks a human to become a zombie simples!

ya, if a som1 who strted the round as a zombie quits then a spartan becomes a zombie 2 balance it out. btw, my best infection (alfa zombies) score is 65 kills!!!!! any1 do better, reply and tell me ur score

No it's cas it randomly picks people to be new zombies if someone leaves

It was because you didnt move. You have to move every one in a while or else they convert you. Its to prevent camping
