Why review the G300 if your listeners are looking for something around the £300 mark. Makes no sense, just wasting your own time. Most if not all stock roms have bugs, even the One X. Consumers are beta testers now, like it or not with manufacturers fixing bugs after release.

Because it was interesting. I review devices that are interesting, in value or function or form, wherever they sit, price-wise. And then try to work out their pros and cons, and who they're aimed at.

If you compare the G300 to other phones at the price point you don't get arm7 or the ram/rom or the battery. I think you're review is out of touch.

Trouble is, noone watching this show really wants anything at this price point. The G300 is great value, but most viewers will be looking to the £300 price point and something with greater aspirations, I feel? E.g. why settle for the G300 when you can pay a bit more and get a refurbished Galaxy Nexus? Many other choices.

Battery lasts a good day using stuff like (WIFI 3G Bluetooth) and it seems better with ICS

With all the greatest respect due, there's something that doesn't sound right about a man of your years saying "a bit of a fail" - I mean not to be rude, it was just... unusual :-)
