First start, loading the generator right away with a 1kw hot plate. The part where we filmed inside was after about 2 tanks of break in running the shop light. Let me know what you think about the plug guys...

  • I really dont think gloves are neccesary

  • @YOURMOMSMOM8 You weren't there, it was chilly.

  • I have a honda eu3000i it can run what I throw at it my grandma has my 2500 watt Honda and my heavy duty 6500 watt the electrics went on it so I'm going for a HF cheapy 6500 7000 watt

  • @richthecardude94 You may want to check craiglist. For what Harbor Freight wants for their larger genny's, I'd try to find a nice used one with a Subaru or Yamaha engine...

  • I have a 5000 BTU window A/C I have pans to go camping in the summer with. Your generator looks like it would take care of it.

  • @scoobydog411 Well, maybe. This generator is really too small for that, but you might get lucky. It probably wouldn't be good for the AC... If you try it I'd love to hear about the results...

  • For the person wanting to run an AC unit, I tried on a 6,500 BTU and as soon as the compressor kicked in the circut tripped. Now I didn't buy it for that be a tree took out the power at the house. Thought I would try to cool a small room.

I will have to try the higher octane gas somebody mentioned, sounds like a good trick. It does power my laptop and portable internet device, also worked great on the electric impact wrench i picked up. sure will make changeing tires on the road easy.

  • 1200 is overload for this thers another guy with one that tested it.

  • yea there awesome for what they are cheap generators. don't try running your tv or pc directly off this but there great for everything else. i use one to charge my rv battery in a pinch.

  • @bassboy923 If you run it on 93 octane it is much more quiet...
