when i switch disks the disk drive makes a horrbile sound as loud as a electric toothbrush it stops when i install to hdd just wondering if its the same with all disks incase i plan to sell it

so, if I understand correctly, you don't have to install all 4 dvd's at once when playing the game off hdd? When you've finished disc 1, you can delete it and install disc 2?

its up to you. you can do it all at the same time or individually. but you still need to insert every disc into the dvd player when it prompts you to do so.

so, its the same way in blue dragon, infinite undiscovery, the last remant and in the future forza 3??? you install all the dvds but anyway you must change the dvd when you reach certain part of the game (i mean, you cannot run the entire game since the fisrt dvd)?? this installation only serves to run the game faster and make less noise?? :(

less noise, less heat generated by the 360 and less loading times.
Yes you have to switch discs even if you install to the HDD. The 360 will check to see if you own the correct game disks then load the game from HDD
