Mega Man X1, No Power-Ups Boss Fights - Sting Chameleon

Welcome, dear friends, to the complete Maverick annihilation for Mega Man X! With these videos, I hope to dispel any rumors that certain bosses are impossible to start against. In these clips, you will see me taking on each and every Maverick with only the X-Buster. Furthermore, I won't have a single power-up to assist the fight...No Armor, no Dash Boots, no Heart or Sub-Tanks. Nothing but my skill and determination to conquer the forces of Sigma. So gaze upon your screen and watch the mighty Reploid army fall...

First up on the list is Sting Chameleon, mainly because he's one of my favorite bosses. I almost made it with any damage, but then he caught me with a C. Sting shot...Then he struck me with that tongue while on the ground(something I've NEVER seen him do before)! Oh well...Learn something new every day.

@Vegna24 Armored Armadillo is utterly cake. His stage is pitiful, and he himself is extremely easy. Just keep shootin'

imo, the hardest Megaman X series boss to kill with no upgrades AND no charging your shot, would be Crystal Snail in Megaman X 2 ... Although, Armored Armadillo is a close second place.

I saw a vid on Sting's fight in MHX, I thought he was kinda nerfed, what with the lack of Irontoungue(iirc) and the patterned Thorn Rain there as opposed to the random Thorn Rain here.

Thigs considered though, Sting is one of the harder bosses in MMX, imho.

I don't know if Sting Chameleon is the hardest maverick in Mega Man X1... but he certainly is so in Maverick Hunter X (PSP)
