Hey man...they make this thing thats like a "fake cigarette" it even has a light on the end 2 give the affect your smoking...kind of looks like a pen..but it helped my wifes mom quit..gives you a tiny bit of nicotene everytime you puff..im sure youve probably heard of it..but..just thought id throw that out there....

Good call on ending the Chantix - when the side effects are worse than the 'symptom' (in this case, smoking) - it's definitely time to stop.
No matter what method you choose to kick the habit, we're all pulling for you.

Alan i wish you the best of luck of kickin the habit...i know its hard (not from experience lol) but i saw my from my dad and bro...my dad actually quit WITHOUT any patches or pills, but that was only after he spent a week in the hospital

Chantix does suck, I am a former pharmacy tech and the best thing to do is either probably the Smokers Savior, a fake, water-based cigarrette suppliment. Another thought is Wellbutrin but if Chantix messed you up this might have some similar effects. Look up the Smokers Savior, it's free to try if I read the site correctly. Nice Yaz!

Thanks for your message man. I'll definitey look into it. Is it FDA approved and all that? I know some of those "inhailer-type" things are not.
