If he had been a muslim in his country, and the girl reported, it, SHE would go to jail and be raped by the prison guards (Google it; you''ll find lots of examples), not him. If he had done it here, he would say that he is being persecuted for his religious beliefs, and that it is his Right to do it, as the Prophet gave His blessing to sex with girls as young as nine (and the Ayatolla Khomani explicitly endorsed sex with infants as young as ONE (Google it too.)
He should claim "persecution".

A local cop in Texas got arrested for 2 counts of indecency with a juvenile and got a few weeks in jail served only on weekends. If it had been anyone else there ass would have been grass. We need to stop this double standard. One for cops and politicians and another for everyone else.
