The PPSH-43 does have a safety. I've handled one, it's in front of the trigger on the right side of the weapon. Pulling it to the rear pulls a huge metal plate up which prevents the bolt from travelling, and the trigger being pulled. You also need to engage it to strip the weapon. Best way to carry one of these things is to have a magazine loaded and the bolt forward (it's open bolt). Only takes a split second to cock it

@pivotnoob236 If you're a Class 07 Manufacturer, or a member of one of Eric Holder's favorite drug cartels, yes. If not, no.

I think the PPS-43 is one of the most effective submachine guns ever built, not to mention beautiful too. It is light and excellent for urban combat, especially for flushing out and dispatching enemies hiding in rooms, cellars or alleys. The 7.62x25mm round packs a huge wallop at extended range so with a top-mounted sight and a good stance, you can take out enemies up to at least 200 yards.

@meantexanguy We've still got troops in Afghanistan, so there. not much action for our army. we send our soldiers and exchange weapons with soldiers of other armies, talk to them, eventually getting trained by them and maybe recon... our army secures the cities... so we'll be overwatching the people of Afghanistan and stuff like that. we've still got like 1000 personell. most of the troops we've sent are vehicle operators.. so not much infantry. However i think i'll be in a recon squad.
