Lawful Residence & Unborn Visa

A man rings up saying he got indefinite stay in 2006 and now wants to apply for british citizenship. Harjap says on what basis. The man says on family concession. Harjap says you will have to wait 5 years until 2011. The man says not earlier and Harjap says no, if you apply now they will say no and keep your fees. Harjap says people that are married come here for 2 years and then 3 years afterwards gets them British citizenship. People that have come here illegally and become permanant have to apply after 5 years. The government say they can't count illegal years, only legal leave. The phrase it 'lawful residence'. They don't even give your fees back, as much as you keep asking.
Also Harjap has some announcement, saying the student visa appeal is going to be closed. He says many companies tell you to get a student visa even if you don't have much education or know any english. If this was true, the whole of punjab will come over to this country. Even the embassy are saying bring a professor with you so you can do your exams. The companies are not telling you about it closing and you will not be able to appeal. Once someone said they heard there was a permanent visa that you can get in India. Harjap says he told them before you are going to have kids, tell the british government their names two years before so they can make the visa. They will then arrange the limousine with a business class ticket so they can give you the unborn visa. LOL classic! Another one that Harjap says he has heard is a lawyer saying the internet is wrong and they are correct.
