@kimlingc2 are you saying that roger waters is a hack because he continued to make music that sounded like pink floyd after leaving the band? or steve winwood? or any of the dozens of musicians/songwriters/producers that were part of a group, went solo, but continued to build on the sound they originated? I created this style of production with derek. we put in years honing it before releasing the first album, am not going to compromise my vision because my best friend got famous first.
