Serge - starved percheron, update -- EasyCare RX Boot improvement...

If you compare this ivdeo to the 7/31 clip, you'll find he's moving only slightly better. What's important to realize is that last week he was the most sound he's been in the past 20 days or so; this morning he was so sore on this hoof that Doc Jenn would not do his dental. Now, with his Easy Care boot, he is again walking approximately how he did a week ago. We will get the 2nd boot, onto his not sore hoof, once he is comfortable enough to do so.

Serge arrived a 1.0 body score, and his hooves were a pure nightmare. photos on his facebook page linked from cwer.org. As this front hoof has gotten worse recently, we had to do a significant trim and he ismply has little wall to walk. THANKS to an Easy Care dealer, we now have a pair of boots for Serge, Size 7, which she donated. He is only in one boot so far -- teh sore hoof -- and is already markedly better!!!
