looks like a 120mm computer case fan with a "incubator" sticker on it..... you can buy them for like 2-3$ at your local walmart/radioshack

This is actually an 80mm fan, but it is AC, not DC powered. Yes, you can get DC fans pretty inexpensively, but then you also need a power converter to change your AC power to 12V DC. AC fans can be plugged directly into a wall outlet, but are a bit trickier to find at low cost.
