It made me laugh when you started talking about how to balance with your fingers and the heel of your palm. As a marching band member, I know how hard it is to reverse slide at a slow tempo. If you start to fall forward, you tighten your core and dig your toes into the ground. It your start to fall back, you tighten your core and did the ball of your foot into the ground. (While reverse marching, you stand on the ball of your foot.) Your "advice" about how not to fall is not accurate.

this videos so funny!
As a parkour practitioner, I noticed how you failed to explain how to properly execute a roll. You NEVER roll from the back of your neck, even if you call it your shoulders. You roll from ONE shoulder the the opposite hip. In my case, I roll from my right shoulder to my left hip. The reason for that is to minimize contact with your spine and the ground. Your information is not accurate. The pain you experience by rolling like that will create more fear of doing a handstand.

@catlovingbandgeek
as a life practitioner I say that it is trial an error. You are too uptight. This mentality that it must be done a certain way is really getting in the way of many peoples training... The fingers/palm come in with trial and error. As for the roll, I agree if your jumping off a ledge, yes roll from one shoulder to the opposite hip... but from a handstand????? Your going to mess up your spine? lol, maybe if your fall straight on to your spine. That is chicken dooo dooo lol

1. rolling your wrists = tendonitis
2. warming up isn't critical. Between warm ups and the actual activity there is no difference and no proof it prevents injuries. Save your energy
3. That was an incline pushup
4. Are you qualified?

@AerialBestProuctions. There is no proof that warm up prevents injuries? I am assuming that you don't have a long history of physical activity. Since when has there been certifications for teaching handstands? Is there a handstand god that demands us to handstand a certain way? My qualification is that I can do a handstand lol
