You see, that is a sloppy reply to my inquiry. In your earlier reply, you ASSERTED that "US law recognized ... " In any kind of rational exchange, there is a certain burden of proof associated with making claims. I believe that I have thoroughly researched this claim and found it to lack merit. But I could be wrong, so now you have the chance to improve my understanding by providing the requested citation of law. I don't believe you can, because I don't believe that it exists.
@zthustra There's lots of stuff if you just Google "recognize dual citizenship." Got to remember, a country decides for itself if they want to claim someone as a citizen , even if they renounce that citizenship.
It's funny that what I read in the papers about the judges decision is essentially the same stuff I have been saying in my videos. I'll be watching for the appeal. BTW, do you have a citation for US law recognizing any kind of foreign citizenship? To the best of my knowledge US law on foreign citizenship is a big blank sheet of paper with nothing written on it. In short, the US doesn't care about foriegn claims on you or you on them; the US only cares about US claims.
@zthustra The judge ruled that Obama is a natural born citizen is what happened. Politics won over law. I suspect he was afraid that anything else would set off a race war, as did the Alkeny court. It will head to the USSC, no matter who wins at the state level. Since US law recognized the legitimacy of Obama's British citizenship when he was born, it's going to be REALLY hard for them to uphold the earlier decisions.
I thought you might want to be reminded that you posted something about the 26th being a special day. Maybe you could provide us with a field report on the events of the day and why we should all have been paying attention?
@clarity023 No one asked GW for his bc. "Obama released two bc and his passport" THINK ABOUT IT. First, he released the abstract of his BC, called that his bc and that was the end of it. NOW he comes up with this new document that he also calls his BC, again that's supposed to be the end of it. When you catch someone CHANGING THEIR STORY, it's because their first story fell apart. What do you call that but LYING? Don't respond anymore crazy person. I don't care. Tomorrow's a great day.
@JPStrikesBack Even GW Bush released his transcripts? what about a BC or a passport? Obama released two bc and his passport, where is Bush's bc many think he was born in Mexico. How can you prove he was born in US?
@clarity023 "There's no requirement..." is a poor excuse. Even GW Bush released his transcripts. Like I said, he doesn't trust us enough to release them. Spare me any more or your neurotic tantrums. You wouldn't be this agitated if you weren't certain I am right and since it is obviously making you crazy, you should stop now before you go completely over the edge.
@zthustra This is YouTube, not the USSC. Get with the program.
