I have 11 days left of P90X and I wanted to intensify my workouts a bit. In doing Plyo X I added 15 pounds of weight to my whole routine. I don't have a weight vest, so I simply added some weights (actually a bowling ball) packed around a couple towels. Hard indeed, but I made it through.
