original English Lister heavy-duty industrial diesel,year manufactured1982, model HS3.46.5HP.MAX @2200rpm. air cooled doing a full start and run to 1800 rpm.(Governor set speed) horsepower rating at 1800 rpm=39.4hp. Are you sure that is an HS3 and not an HR3? Either way, it sounds very good. What are your plans for the engine?
