I was terrified to fly on a daily basis. I would literally get cold and hot at the same time. I would tense my hold body like I am waiting for some kind of impact. I got tired of being afraid. So I came up with a system that works for me. I repeated I am not going to be afraid to fly 100 times a day to myself out loud. 100 times believe it or not worked for me.

  • i suffered panic attacks for years, totally destroyed me and affected my relationship. i once went to an airport and conldnt even go inside. i mostly worried about having a panic attack and and not being able to control it. 1 year later i bocked a plane ticket and went straight to the airport and got on the plane. my motto now is " always forward, never back". don´t give in to it, just do it, and give yourself a big pat on the back when your on the plane. ans always smile. be proud!!

  • I'm flying to Miami from EU on Friday. And I flown my whole life but 5 years ago I started having panic attacks and it's killing me to think of sitting on a plane for 11+ hours... I'll try your technique and let you know how it helped me :)

  • I have terrible anxiety waiting at the airport and walking the jetway. But, once we are in the air, I"m ok. I love to land.
