In case anyone wants an update after seeing this video, yes Montcalm County DID ultimately vote to END the contract with R&R Research (a shady class-B dealer) a couple years ago. Since then the animal shelter in Stanton has gone through its ups and downs, most recently eliminating the position of Shelter Director, which will hopefully signal a new era of staff actually managing things there with a shred of compitance.
