all of teh sudden..my balls start rubbing with my leg..and my right leg has a small rash like thingy...on the area where it rubs..and it itches...how do i fix this?

I suffered with painful rashes that mostly affected me around my neck area. I went to two different health care professionals to no relieft. Neither were sure what caused the rashes. I discontinued drinking soft drinks and started drinking lots of water instead. After a couple of weeks, my skin began healing. Chemicals and too much acid from soft drinks are very unhealthy.
