Definitely an anole though the head/neck looks a little off to me. It's still a great piece. What's the white stuff that appears then fades away? Some kind of sealant? Around 0:42 on the fungus e.g.

@Velox415 Liquid latex to mask areas off. It becomes transparent as it dries. Look carefully and you'll see it being pulled off later.

You guys need to look at some reptiles before you start careers as critics. He nailed a male brown anole in this painting. The shape, the position, that cock of the head, everything's dead on.
