Ford v Holden debate aside, this is still hard to watch..... You'd have to look hard to find a nicer bloke in motorsport (Lowndes is up there too), and he really deserved that win. Even though i'm a Holden supporter, i'd have preffered to see him on the top step of the podium

@jrwoodsy 100% correct.......and one of the nicest drivers you will meet.......I've followed him from his drive in 1987 in the DR30.......I now get to race race against him in Historic Group A....and his one of the nicest guy's you will come across!

That would have to be the most crushing defeat for any race car driver. Work so hard all day to have it snatched away when victory is in sight! Crushing!
