After getting the 3 red lights, me and my mate sam decided to follow the towel trick fix for the xbox 360, and did it work???

EDIT - of course it worked, because we are good, a bit more info to get you guys back on live quicker, first wrap up the xbox in some towels to cover the vents, get access to each vent and hover each in turn, this will remove dust from the heatsink, then do the towel trick with DRY towels. get back on live and start gaming, remember to subsribe and vote, i reply to all questions

Done this and after 20 mins i still had 3 red lights, so thinking crap. But left it cool down for 10 mins like the video says just to follow it all through, so turned it back on and my xbox came back to life with those lovely green everything is okay lights. So plugged it back in and everything was good ready to play some gears tomorrow.
Towel trick deff works, but still brought myself an elite thats on its way as think this is just a short term fix, esp now living in the heat of thailand.

how long will it work for aftter u fix it, I might as well sell mine once I get it working. Its a shame that my N64 from 1996 still effin works and this piece of crap has so many issues....SMH
