Does this plug in not allow you to have many galleries? Every time I attempt to make a new post in with a new gallery the old images are still there.

Like the idea. I went through many pages of searching and demoing to find this which has real hope! How about ratings for images, centering the browser on the image for each new page/image view (to avoid continually scrolling down), and maybe the ability to adjust the thumbnail image if heads are getting cut off, etc.?

Yes. Unfortunately you have to create the gallery in a dummy post, then copy and paste the wordpress markup code that Picturesurf Gallery generates and paste that into the new page.
