i just got gears of war 2 (because a friend got it from a kid from school along with 3 other games for $20) the campaign is epic, but it wont let me play online. says i dont have enough downloadable content. do i seriously have to spend 1600 microsoft points just to play online?

Everybody uses shotguns so in order to kill sumone(not win) is to use a different approach aka mid-long range

And it says "One or more party members do not have the required content to play this playlist"... and that one or more members do not have the following required downloadable map packs: "flashback", "combustible", "snowblind", "dark corners" WTF I bought this game in a spanish ebay-like place, and the redeem code it had was already in use so I could not get the map packs free... but nothing in multiplayer works, so bullshit...

@hamin8tor Hey, do u mind jumping and taking out ur shut gun, it helps better than a lancer. think of it as if the lancer was for long distance only. shot gun for short distance.
