this guy is striking these people, plain and simple. calls them touches but they are strikes to the jaw, carotid, or head. if you do that to people who are relaxed or not expecting they will be dazed or dizzy.get someone to think about something else by talking or distracting etc. and crack them in the jaw, nothing more than a cheap shot. effective none theless.
