@sicilyboy9 I'll look further into the matter later, I can't right now, it seems that Jamendo is under maintenance -- but in any case, if the author and/or Jamendo will request me to bring the video down, I will comply. I just made this video as a fan work, with absolutely *no intention* to make a profit out if it.

@SimplyGreenEnergy Then someone should tell YT to add the CC-SA license to the possible options. If we start saying that the standard YT license is inappropriate for CC-SA content, then what should we say about the hundreds of thousands of *copyrighted songs* that we have on this site, yet people don't complain about them?

In any case, I repeat to you what I said to sicilyboy9 already: if the author or Jamendo will ever request me to bring the video down, I will comply.

@sicilyboy9 You're absolutely right. Also, the CC SHARED-ALIKE license demands that the video be licensed as SHARED-ALIKE, as you stated. You can't do that on YouTube. This vid is licensed as "Standard YouTube License" which violates the Shared-Alike License. There is NO YouTube License, neither "Standard" nor "Creative Commons" video license allows posting Shared-Alike Music on YT. It doesn't matter if you're trying to make money with the video or not.

Nice music, but not for videos. Jamendo is royalty free, BUT... they want a Jamendo Pro License for anything on websites including YT. Jamendo wants $59 for this piece. I just looked it up on their site. Also, YT does not support the CC Shared-Alike license. That's a problem. They only support CC-By Attribution. If you have Adsense you shouldn't use this stuff on your videos or you'll get 3rd Party Content ID matches,

zero project are great.......... but enjoyed even better with visuals as my videos....... I have been using them for years........ see orgasmictomato channel vids with many zero project backings...
