The original was a duet by Sabina Yesmin & Kishore Kumar for a joint film production by Bangladesh & West Bengal starring Mithun & Rozina, called "Onnay Obichar".

The actor you are thinking of is Tony Dias, and no, he is not married to Dipa. He is married to a tv actress and professional dancer called Priya.
