Fallout 3 - How to get to GNR Building Plaza

A short little guide for anybody that is having difficulty getting to the GNR Building Plaza for the main quest "Following in His Footsteps", which takes place after finding out where your Dad went to from Colin Moriairty.

@trialoffire95 It depends when you go to the GNR building. If you follow the story and don't skip ahead in the main quest, there will be BoS soldiers.
