I am the father of two autistic boys. My youngest is 14. His behaviors are causing my anger to accelerate faster and faster as the days go on. My frustration only fuels more fear and anxiety. He often becomes physically aggressive more so toward my wife. I need help and you video was helpful.
I am desperately trying to surrender my ego, focus on the now and try to calm. It often does not work. Thank you for your video

Yes I think within lies a deeper problem; and Maybe I should get some counselling. Behind all my anger is loneliness, and a lot of sadness. My life was fairly rough, and I have never been able to pull myself out of the gutter. Thank you for being nice to me though I really need that. most people are quite cruel towards me and I get beaten up a lot.

It is a misconception that 'anyone makes you angry'. Anger is already inside you. We, especially men, project our anger on everyone around us.
Start to 'own' your anger - say 'I am angry' instead of agreeing with the mind that 'others are making me angry.' This shift in perspective could change the world.
peace to you,

You are worn out and tired from trying to hold back your anger - the Universe is pressuring you to GET IT OUT.
Do the Meditation (under video responses on this page) - I did it for 40 days and it change me - it REALLY WORKS. Do it for yourself ! This is how we stop war and violence - it all starts with you.
peace to you

Yes anger is energy, but it sticks to me and controls me. I feel like flipping out all the time. Life is not worth living when I have helped so many people and I am stuck without a job, I have saved thousands of lives and I recieve nothing. I know a good human being wouldn't care about having money, but I need it and people are very unforgiving of me.

Sat Nam,
I hear your frustration ! Do this meditation and anger won't stick to you ! It will give you some real clarity on your life and where this anger is coming from.
Try it -- every day for 40 days - 11 mins - I guarantee you will change.
peace to you
