  • Great, thank you! Note: the current version of the program is a .exe when you download it.

    I just want to create a quick cheatsheet here for those who already know Linux well:

    Download the IAR installer from iar.com, run the installer in wine, check to see which usb device your msp430 was connected to in /dev and make a softlink of it in ~/.wine/dosdevices/com1. Now just run the IAR program in wine, and you're all set!
