Great Vid! Just went back to dark after trying to stay blonde.... really hard on the hair! As they say blonde's may have more fun, we dark haired beauties have less damaged trouble free hair :-)

i allways damage my hair when i bleach it or color it, I put a cheap mayo in my hair for ten minuts and washed it out with damage repair shampo and do not conditon and i have done the avocodo treatment which is used to grow hair i leave it in for 14 mins and wash out and shampo and u can conditon with that

I've recently fried my hair... and just wondering what the product is that you "scrunch" your hair with.. My hair goes into ringlets but I cut it all off a few months ago.... but i usually used a mousse.... or what kind of product can you use??

I noticed you said don't use styling products............. so I'm a little confused.... (you have awesome hair btw.... )

Will damaged hair ever grow? Mine has had a hard run from bleaching...i'm using products to get it back, but i'm scared it will never grow : (

u shouldnt take more a day ... some vitamins are water soluble so thats ok but im sure u have a,d,e,k vitamins which wount go out of ure organism fast. they store in ure liver ... and u shouldnt overload ure liver cause that might mess up all ure metabolism.

try to put on an alarm or leave it next to ure bed cause its very not ok to take more one day.
