Sam, my 9 month German Shepherd Lead training session. My 9 month old (almost 10) german Shepherd training and showing off on a lead!! This vid will show you how to 'heel', 'sit', 'stand', 'drop' and 'stay' your dog whilst he's on a leash.

@lambonspit But what you don't seem to understand is your not educating anyone, this is a poor way of training your dog, Bully tactics is what it is, your dog should want to work for you, not be forced to. I agree with a correction phase but you have to teach the dog before hand, He is not that well a trained dog and your on here giving training techniques...

Also if you didn't want your videos critiqued why put them up? People are going to tell you your a poor trainer because you are.

this dog ist a very poor boy. he shows one calming signal after the other and he is happy, when he can go away from you. thats all this video shows. i am from germany. my family breeded german shepherds for 27 years. they allways liked to heel, work and be with us. they were a part of our family. i am sad about seeing what people do with that fantastic dogs!

@filipeamor I dont see anything wrong with the way they train there dog idiot...Everyone is Unique and every dog is unique. People like you should be trained to not open there mouth and speak I geuss lol.

my GSD is 6 weeks old . How old should she be when I start training her?...Right now im trying to re enforce house breaking..wich is taking forever it seems lol.

The dog feels quite uncomfortable with that tight lead- that way your holding him doesn't help anyone, most dogs will consequently pull when this happens. Most people take this for granted or they're not aware of it. loose, is always better and eases tension.
