Is there ever a time when you would recommend shooting a fade

away like if you are in the post?

@TheAdidaskicks23 Probably not. We are big on getting into the defender for the possible And-1. The fade is a very difficult shot and we want to get the foul when we can.

I tried your moves but they don't seem to work for a particular defender. If I do manage to blow right by him, he's so quick he get's back or he fouls me. I can't call the fouls because he gets away with it. How do I get by the defender, without using the fadeaway.

@ShotScienceFan Why can't you call the foul? Do not understand this. If you attack him in the North-South direction and are aggressive he should not be able to recover and catch you. Often what happens is that you tend to go in an east West direction where he has the advantage.

@shotscience when I shoot,Im imbalanced. But I noticed that my feet are widely spread apart, compared to the video. Any advice on how to retain balance and are my feet affecting this?

@joebest7 How you use your feet is the key to balance and being ready to shoot the ball. Review the video and take note of the footwork. If you can get this working for you your shooting balance should improve.

here in the corners and street's of manila phillipines

i just want know that's i ask this question..

i just want to know how to be a

ideable catch and shooting forward

w/out using so much effort

i hope that you will give me a great answer that i can use here in these upcoming leagues

and if that happen i would be thankful to the shot science team every second of my career...
