I lost some composure last night trying to get at least one of my dogs to perform a dry run of what I originally thought to be a simple task for my last DrLemur video. It ended up taking almost an hour and frustrating the %$#@ out of me!

  • I was wondering how long it took you. lol. I thought you must have super trained dogs. Now I know the truth! :)

  • Thankfully not many watch this channel to find that out.. :) In my defence I did eventually.. train Brandy to do her bit. Took some persuading though.

  • haha. that's why I only work with dead animals (i.e. death of sherwood anderson).

...of course sherwood was tricky even after he was dead... but that's just because he was covered in dead-fish-slime. yuck.

  • Yeah dead animals are the exception to the rule. :-) Poor Sherwood.

  • Who knew their was that much work behind that video?... You made the final cut seem effortless.

  • It would have been effortless if they'd have done as they were told :) I ended up having to fire Monty. He's off the payroll now.

  • Wouldn't it figure, the one time they CAN steal, they're too good not to! =)

This one's funnier then the successful trick version IMO =)

I could almost see it on an SNL flick with the dog giving you the paw.

    Thanks for posting!

  • P.S. You're even funnier after a second glass of red wine. I had a second glass to knock this headache that started to set. By the way, that looked more like a CORNFLAKE.

  • ...besides, I think you're funny as heck in some of these videos. Including this one. "...and I found THIS monstrosity..." Lol!!!

  • ...makes 2 of us. I'm stubborn as a doggone child, and lately as hooked on YouTube like my sister on Bejeweled. Besides I just got a couple replies from a new friend in Adelaide. But then is Australia not notorious for nightlife? Guess anything goes. : P

  • Actually that doesn't always work with me in particular since I'm an insomniac :)

  • Note to self: "If you want to correspond with the Aussies who are starting to grow on you, sleep during the day."

  • Never a bad thing. Anyway I like your comments. Gives me something to read :)

  • Yeah, well after a week or two you just don't seem to be a stranger anymore. I wouldn't be watching all these videos if I wasn't genuinely interested in getting to know you.

...and please bear with me, i'm harmless, really. just open and honest to a fault. it's gotten me... and you'd think i'd learned my lesson. i just care. that's all.

  • No worries at all lavs :) I do that myself sometimes with people's channels. It's interesting sometimes to view someone's you tube life over a period of... well with me it's been 2 years :)

  • It was when you posted something under this screen name. Hope I'm not looking pesky, I just wanted to see your videos, get acquainted. Now that I'm out of school for the summer and in a very fortunate situation where I don't have to work I can retire when I please and get up when I please. I'm just cashing in my total freedom.
