250 copper wire stitches have served their purpose to hold the hull together while epoxying and taping. Now they are clipped off.

  • A little posttranslational modification... Haha.

  • You don't really have to, since they are going to be filled with epoxy when the boat is sheathed in fiberglass cloth.

  • on mine i used a mix of fine sawdust and epoxy. you can adjust the color then test on scrap to get it right first.

  • what do you do to fill in all 500 or so little holes from the ties?
