Another test, this time more a tech test than anything.
Don't take much of what you see in this video as final, most of these effects will be toned down and tweaked for a release.
Here is a 71Mb video of these shaders running in another user's mod. This is P1ch3's EFLC mod running my haze shader without any modification. It needs some work, but it ran well.

It's not what you see, it's what you don't see as to why I won't release anything based on this video. Cloudy, Rainy, Drizzle. Foggy, all look utter crap because of the OTT bloom that cannot be switched off in these weathers - blame ENB because bloom is global and not per-weather defined. If bloom was controllable in the timecyc then we wouldn't have this problem.
