Leave it up to Fox News and their conservative habits to be so ignorant of not knowing that this nation was FOUNDED UPON IMIGRANTS. this is a melting pot country. This is EVERYBODYS land. We all contributed to it equally; blacks, whites, Hispanics, and asians. Im tired of people provoking the "good imigrants.." whether their legal or not. Our ancestors didn't just poof on the U.S. ya know... Poor Kim.. One of the anchors of fox is going to come up missing one day....

Cavutos point is that if someone is here illegal they should not benefit in any way from that status. That argument has some appeal; however, another way to look at it is that a minimum wages for all workers, regardless of immigration status, protects American workers because there is no benefit for unethical employers to hire illegal workers and pay them less money. Minimum wages for everyone protects all workers.

Sincerely, thank you for illustrating Mr. Cavuto's comprehensive ignorance of American history and of the source of our fair labor laws. It is an enlightening example of how the senile conservative movement has forsaken logic, fact, and knowledge in blind adherence to dogma for which the original rationale has long since been forgotten. Mr Cavuoto's resulting policy incompetence stands in bold relief to Ms. Bobo's accurate assessment of the reality by which we the people live our daily lives.
