STS-123 after undocking. Taken with an 8" LX200 Schmidt-Cassegrain Telescope and Meade LPI camera. Tracked with Satellite Tracker by Brent Boshart. This pass was only 30 degrees high at the peak, with the orbiter 400 miles away. In other words, it was equivalent to being in Orlando while observing a DC-9 parked in Atlanta.
Very cool, it's extremely hard to track the Space Shuttle in a telescope.
