This is the original ending!!!!!!! The guy at counter who goes into the bathroom is Nicky Leotardo, Phil's nephew. He went to the diner to take revenge on Tony, who got Phil killed at the petrol station earlier. The director, David Chase created this scene (when the man in the jacket leaves for the toilet) as an unambiguous relating for the denouement, reffering to a scene of the Godfather when Al Pacino goes to the toilet of a restaurant, the same way this guy did, he get's a gun and as he comes out he shoots his victim dead.

  • This is actually very well done. With all the silly, stupid types of these videos on youtube, this one is an HONEST, REALISTIC looking ending. Hats off to you sir!!

  • yeah its sounds like gun shot but it's look's like a shiny disco ball....is it murder or a party starting??!!! :))

  • yep! very well done. Much, much better.

  • does anyone know if there's a clip on youtube where all the docs sit at dinner, and Elliot leaks to everyone that Melfi is treating Tony? That's S6 P2

  • @fuzzylogic218

Still, the "fake" does leave the actual question of just who DID get shot unseen. Works for me.

  • @grapix

Shoulda been real, friend, shoulda been real.

  • faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaake!

  • @Sudstah I dont understand why someone had to make this fake video. I was criticizing how many muzzle flashes the creator of this made. It actually ruins the ending more cause now it has the viewer thinking maybe the gunman shot Tony twice and left Carm and Anthony to live OR He shot only Tony and Carm OR Tony and Anthony Jr. so that the Soprano bloodline would end. You see yes I do watch a lot of movies and the series ended the way it did for a reason. Not for someone to change it on them.

  • The best way to deal with the original scene is simply not to imply anything, the director clearly made it ambiguous and hinting towards his demise, but he didn't define it, so for me, sopranos ended with him having a family meal with all his subpoena problems at the forefront of his mind! I hate cowardly endings that leave it open to interpretation, its like getting a wank off a girl and her stopping half way through to finish yourself off.

  • @fuzzylogic218 1 shot in the head = dead man, 2 shot in the head = overkill, at point blank as well! you've been watching too many movies!

  • It works, oh God how it works.

  • really just two shots???
