Hello and welcome to my first video! This is a speed run (one life) of Robocop 2 on the Amstrad GX4000 console - one of the hardest games on there. I've done this without using any of the rooms, but it will help you progress and also to find all the Nuke too. (Oh and if anyone knows whats up with the first 4 targets on level 3 and 6 let me know!)

  • Is there another Robocop game that uses this same music or at least very resembling , and i don't remember the memory bank game or that screen type at the target shhoting range , i knew they were somehow different , with objects falling from above .. It also showed how many bullets you had in the gun .

  • Hi - Robocop (for all 3 films) got ported and made for many platforms - the Amstrad GX4000 is just one :) There are lots of vids for Robocop 1 on YouTube that are worth a look, but if you're sure its Robocop 2 then it may be the ZX Spectrum version which I think had similar music and first level (ie jumping around a derelict building/warehouse) but had annoying icons falling from the sky constantly to shoot to get more bullets and other things.

  • i used to play this all the time when i was like 7. hours n hours and never quite completed the level.is there anywher i can play this online????

  • you are pretty got at it i did use to get killed all the time

  • this looks great !, really different from the other versions. with those falling barrels this first level is like "robo kong".

  • Kudos! This game is devilishly difficult at times due to the unresponsiveness of its controls. Especially when jumping. Still a great game, though, and the music is fantastic.

  • The funny thing is that GX4000 was built on the base of an Amstrad CPC+.

  • Just to add detail - RoboCop 2 only came out on cartridge for the GX4000/464+/6128+, not the older CPC.

    No.

This was on GX 4000 for sure, and probably (not sure) on Amstrad CPC.
