No Manny didn't agree to random blood testing for the fight with Mayweather he refused to take a random blood test up till 14 days before the fight! He turned down $100 million to avoid taking that test!?! Floyd takes olympic style test 4 every fight why does Manny want to fight the best but not take the test?
